Mei Mei Motel is a three piece Hong Kong based band playing original alternative post punk music. Comprised of three expats including Barry Shapiro on vocals and guitar, Laura Simonsen on bass, and Will Sanders on drums. The music is reflective of today’s politics, culture, and impact of technology on society.

The current lineup of Bare Bay was formed last November when bassist Max joined and rescued guitarist Jeffrey and drummer Chung Ho from the bass-less abyss in which they dwelled for two eternities.
