Inspired by France's Fête de la Musique (World Music Day), inaugurated in 1982, which takes place in more than 750 cities in 120 countries on 21 June and celebrates the summer solstice in the northern hemisphere. Make Music, Hong Kong! welcomes its ninth edition in 2026 on Friday June 19th and Saturday June 20th.
It is a free music event open to both amateurs and professional performers, with several stages. Music will be celebrated for all!
