Call for Volunteers 義工招募！

過嚟幫我哋手，免費獲得兩張 2022 法國電影節戲飛！

執勤日期：2022年6月19日（星期日）
執勤時間：上午11:30 至晚上9:30
執勤場地：西九文化區藝術公園自由空間

負責項目：

• 為觀眾查詢提供解答
• 控制人流並為提供觀眾導向指引（兩個表演舞台：大盒及留白Livehouse）
• 協助接待處團隊售賣紀念品及執行其他任務
• 支援舞台人員
• 提供任何場地所需要之援助

注意事項：

1. 以上所有項目均由所有義工輪替執行
2. 部分執勤點需戶外進行，請留意天氣狀況
3. 執勤前將有簡介時段，請務必準時
4. 執勤過程中，將有一節小息

Help us out and get 2 free tickets to Hong Kong French Film Festival 2022!

Date: June 19, 2022 (Sunday)
Duty Time: 11:30 – 21:30
Venue: Freespace, Art Park, West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD)

Volunteers will be assigned the following tasks:

• Handle enquiries from audiences
• Control public flow and provide directions to audience as they navigate the 2 different stages (The Box and Lau Bak Livehouse)
• Assist the festival team for souvenir selling and other tasks at the reception desk
• Assist the production team for spontaneous stage tasks
• Perform ad-hoc tasks whenever required

Notes:

1. Volunteers are required to perform all the tasks above on a rotating basis.
2. Some of the checkpoints require volunteers to stay outdoors. Please be aware of the weather conditions.
3. A briefing session will be hold before duty started. Thank you for being punctual! 
4. A break will be arranged for volunteers during the duty time.
